It was a great day out there today with Steve & Karen from Michigan joining us aboard GOOD DAY to celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary & also our last charter of the season.
Yesterdays trip with our buddy Brian proved to be super slow with only 3 Jacks & a bunch of Bonitos caught. We tried hard for Wahoos but there were 4 Humpback Whales causing havoc at the Reef and the fish had cleared out. Our search for Tuna & billfish was fruitless & it was a tough old day at the office.
Thankfully today was much better and we enjoyed some great action with the Tuna &
also added a couple of Dorados & a nice Tripletail. We pushed out to 36 miles to look for Billfish where they had been biting in the morning, but no luck on that front as the bite shut down in the afternoon.

We’ll be spending the next month in the boat yard to get ready for the upcoming season which starts Nov 1st & looking forward to giving GOOD DAY some TLC.
A huge THANK YOU to everyone that has fished with us this season, we have caught some epic fish, won a few tournaments along the way, created lifelong memories & had a blast in the process
