Amazing day on the water yesterday aboard GOOD DAY for 9 year old August making memories on his first Offshore trip with his Dad & good friends.
The day got off to a flyer when August caught his first ever fish, a stunning Bull Dorado. What a moment, his excitement & smile were just priceless!
He then went onto catch a 48” Tuna (est. 40lbs) whilst the guys added some smaller Tuna also. We added a Sailfish to the days catch tally before deciding to head in from Offshore & spend the last hour at the rocks to look for a Roosterfish. We caught a nice sized Jack & then unluckily lost a Roosterfish right next to the boat! So close, but you definitely can’t win them all.
We had some sporty weather to contend with but a GREAT day was had by all & memories certainly made for a lifetime for young August!
