To describe just one moment of the day, Capt Manuel was yelling at me from the tower to grab the landing net as he backed down like crazy towards a school of Tuna that had pushed a bait ball to the surface. One quick scoop of the net resulted in around 200 Caballas (Cigar Minnows), a scad type baitfish, which filled the Livewell & we proceeded to freeline with amazing results. Just some insane surface takes right alongside the boat & the guys had a blast enjoying the change of fortune we had received!
28th May Catch report GOOD DAY:
5 Tuna
2 Dorado
1 missed Sail
It looked real good for a Marlin out there but no luck on that front for us today.... tomorrow is another day, however!
