Just a GREAT DAY yesterday aboard GOOD DAY.
Rob caught a true fish of a lifetime, a 400-500lb Black Marlín which put on an amazing battle for 1 hour 20 mins with lots of amazing jumps. We got the leader on the fish & had it close many times but did not manage to get any good photos before the leader finally broke.
Hayley & Rob caught nice sized Tunas & we missed & lost a few more. We raised 1 Sailfish & lost 2 big Sharks that bit through the leader. There was some good action going on out there 30 miles Offshore with the other boats also catching Marlin, Sailfish & Tuna.
We’re fishing every day for the next couple of weeks & hoping the good action continues
