After only 2 trips in April, it was great to get out a bit more during May and the Fishing certainly did not disappoint. May brings the first of the seasonal rains which starts to bring the water temperatures down and always produces some great species variety. The next few months provide some of the best Marlin, Wahoo, Tuna & Dorado fishing of the year in addition to some HUGE Roosters and excellent Offshore bottom fishing for Snowy Grouper & Silky Snappers.
We had some great Tuna days in May with some huge schools of Tuna & Spinner Dolphins, caught Blue Marlin to 200lb, Wahoo to 50lb, Dorado to 30lb, Roosterfish to 25lb and experienced some truly excellent Sail fishing.

A HUGE THANK YOU to all Anglers that fished with us and our regular guests that have supported us by booking trips during these tough times. At present Costa Rica borders remain closed until 30 June and we are just waiting to hear whether they will open on that date or be extended further. In the meantime we have some great locals specials available whilst borders remain closed.
Looking forward to more excellent Fishing and seeing what June has in store!
