Day 2 - Pelagic Rockstar Tournament Costa Rica
And that’s a wrap on the Pelagic Rockstar !!
What a weekend!!! 884 Sailfish & 38 Marlin were released! Plus plenty of Tuna & Dorado.
We caught 1 Marlin & 5 Sailfish on day 2, to go with the 1 Blue Marlin & 1 Sailfish we caught on day 1. We had a blast and enjoyed some great fishing.
Huge congrats to our ROCKSTAR Lady Angler Madelyn who finished 4th overall in the ladies division with 1000 points, for 2 Marlin & 4 Sailfish, amazing work against some of the top Lady Anglers in the world!
GOOD DAY finished 5th in the small boat división but just 2 Sailfish off 2nd place! Super close!!
Our Blue Marlin hookup in the final minute of the tournament will go down in GOOD DAY history, just a reminder of it’s never over until it’s over!!
Huge congrats to all the winners, there were some serious cheques handed out last night, over US$970,000 in Prize Money with two boats getting cheques for $260,000+ and US$290,000+. Not bad for a couple of days fishing!!
