Joe & Marie from Ireland fished inshore aboard GOOD DAY today as we headed up the coast to the Parrita rivermouth to fish for Snook.
Despite the heavy rains of the past few days the conditions looked quite good and there were some nice colour changes for us to fish and some bait in the area. We arrived an hour after Low water which is normally perfect for this mark but it was really slow with only a couple of enquiries from what looked like Snappers by the teeth marks on our live baits. We headed down the coast to check what Naranjo was looking like as there has been some good Snook, Snapper & Roosterfish action there in recent days but before we could get the lines in the water we decided to head back to the Marina early to get Joe back on dry land after he had a bout of motion sickness. Never nice to call trips off early especially when we hadn't caught anything but there is always another day and hopefully Joe has better luck when he fishes Los Suenos on Thursday.
We are back fishing again tomorrow for an offshore trip!
