It was the 4th & final day today for Matt & Ashley from Wyoming and after a couple of successful days Offshore fishing with both of them catching their first Sailfish on the Fly, it was back to Inshore today aboard GOOD DAY here in Costa Rica.

3 Roosterfish
3 Jacks
1 Blue Fin Trevally
1 Mackerel
1 Spotted Rose Snapper
Matt had some great fun fishing topwater catching his Bucketlist Blue Fin Trevally, you should have seen his smile! And also had some nice chases from Roosters, Barracudas & Jacks.
We spent some time trying to get a Roosterfish on the Fly but the water was murky along the beaches today and there was a large swell running and we did not raise any fish to our teasers/poppers so we headed back to the rocks and switched back to Livebait/lures.
A simply stunning day to be on the water, a great end to a great weeks fishing, now time for our next group and for a couple more days Fly Fishing for Billfish!
