Today we welcomed 5 lovely ladies Pamela, Mandy, Angie, Patty & Dori aboard the GOOD DAY for a 1/2 day inshore charter today whilst the their husbands headed offshore aboard the FANDANGO.
There were lots of Mackerel inshore in the Naranjo area which kept cutting our leaders and we lost 3 hooks in 5 minutes at one point. We caught a nice Jack, a Needlefish, lost a Roosterfish and missed several nice fish.
The husbands caught 2 Tuna offshore so the day ended in a tie at two fish each! The ladies were very competitive & wanted to beat their husbands!
The fishing was a little slow but a very fun day had by all. We are back out again tomorrow with another group for a full day offshore trip targeting Sailfish, Marlin, Tuna & Wahoo.
