MARCH 2016 - COSTA RICA SPORT FISHING REPORT!
A quick round up of the March 2016 activity from Jackpot Sport Fishing, where 'Good Day' hosted 18 Sport Fishing Charters throughout the month from the Marina Pez Vela in Quepos, Costa Rica. We had some fantastic people aboard including, honeymooners, families and groups of good buddies, both young & old. The Sailfish fishing has been phenomenal in March and it was awesome to see so many of our guests catch their first Sailfish - really great to be a part of the experience for them!
The catch report of our recent trips:
17 March - 6 Sailfish
18 March - 1 Sailfish, 4 Roosterfish, 9 Jacks
23 March - 5 Sailfish before 11am
26 March - 8 Sailfish
27 March - 1 Sailfish, 1 Grouper
29 March - 4 Sailfish, 2 Mackerel
30 March - 4 Sailfish, 1 Bonito
2 Marlin were released on other boats today & 1 striped Marlin was released yesterday by a boat fishing alongside us.
We are having a real blast out there and the excellent fishing looks set to continue in April.
