Marlin fishing in Quepos, Costa Rica.
There are reports coming in from the Quepos & Los Suenos fleet of some great encounters with Marlin in recent days which is awesome to see.
Friday 3rd June 2016 - Pez Espada from Quepos release a beautiful 200lb Blue Marlin.
Sunday 5th June 2016 - Geaux Fly released a stunning Black Marlin out of Los Suenos, Costa Rica after an epic 3 hour battle. Unsure of estimated weight but from the videos it looks a BEAST! Well done guys.
Monday 6th June 2016 - One of the 30 foot Quepos Charter Boats had an estimated 400lb Blue Marlin in the spread trying to eat the teaser but they could not get it to switch to a bait and get the hook up unfortunately. They caught a consilation 2 Mahi and several Yellow Fin Tuna's so at least they didnt go home empty handed!
