It truly has been a fantastic year for us aboard GOOD DAY Fishing out of the beautiful Marina Pez Vela here in Costa Rica.
We ended the year on a high with this amazing trip yesterday.
2 Blue Marlin (250lb & 50lb)
2 Sailfish
2 Dorado
14 year old Tyler & his dad Rob will not forget this day for a while as Tyler caught his first ever billfish, a 250lb Blue Marlin. Such a joy to help a young guy catching a fish of a lifetime!
Great to have our good buddy Blake aboard too who caught his first Marlin for many years, a stunning little Blue of around 50lbs - where was the Fly rod when we needed it!
