Mike, Ned & Brad joined us aboard GOOD DAY today to see if the Fishing in Costa Rica lived up to its reputation!
Within two minutes of setting the lines young 10 year old Ned was hooked into a Sailfish getting the day off to a flyer! So cool watching a young Angler fight his first ever Sailfish, a moment he will not forget for some time. Mike got in on the action also releasing another Sailfish whilst regular Costa Rica visitor Brad managed to catch 2 Sailfish & a 48lb Tuna on Spinning tackle which put up a great fight for 40 minutes!
So the days tally, 4 for 8 on Sailfish & the nice 48lb Tuna. We enjoyed Sashimi on the way back to the marina and the guys will certainly eat well tonight!
