SUPPORTING THE COSTA BALLENA LIFEGUARD PROGRAM!
Each year we are pleased to support several local charities that do fantastic work in the communities close to us here on the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica. The Lifeguard program which works hard to save lives on the beaches of Dominical, Uvita & Ojachal is a huge part of the community in that area and many Costa Ricans and resident foreigners work tirelessly to raise funds to keep the program going, which time and time again helps saves lives on our beaches which we can dangerous with Rip currents and a large surf. Peter, Nate, Benny & Kaise joined us for the trip and all proceeds were donated to the lifeguard program.
In terms of the Fishing, it was a great day out there with the guys catching 9 good sized Dorados, 6 Tuna and we also missed a Sailfish.
We had a maintenance day today and are back out there tomorrow!
