TOURNAMENT TIME AGAIN!
After a fantastic weekend fishing the Quepos Billfish Cup, we are back at it today with another small tournament called 'The Little Ones', here at the Marina Pez Vela.
10 Anglers fishing on 5 boats so 2 guys per boat. Only 4 hooks permitted in the water at any one time, 2 rods per man, but we can use as many dredges & Teasers as we like.
Catch & Release Tournament based on an honesty system with points:
100 points for Sailfish
200 points for Striped Marlin
300 points for Blue or Black Marlin
Mates cannot hook fish & the Anglers must do this themselves.
The team from iFish Quepos here at the Marina have a host of great tournament formats and we would love to hear from Angling clubs, groups of friends etc that would be interested in holding their own small tournament or joining a larger event.
