INSHORE FISHING COSTA RICA!
What a difference a day makes! After a really tough day 2 days back with only 1 Wahoo landed during a full day Offshore yesterday we welcomed Father & Son Vernon & Jacob from Florida for a half day Inshore trip.
The rains were coming down hard in the morning but within 10 seconds of putting our lines in the water on a colour change/current break 7 miles from shore we had our first bite of the day. It turned out to be a non stop fish fest for the next few hours with the guys having a blast fishing in Costa Rica catching:
8 small Tuna
7 Dorado
2 Wahoo
2 Mackerel
5 Needlefish
1 Jack
1 Bonito
And in the last 30 minutes the guys were unlucky to pull the hooks on 2 Roosterfish of about 25lb & 15lb.
