Yesterday we welcomed Didier & Tristan from France aboard the 'Good Day' for a 3/4 day offshore charter. The weather has changed in recent days with a fresh wind blowing today & rain being found offshore for the first time in a good while. The change in weather & rain has brought the water temperature back down to an acceptable 86 degrees (it was almost 91 degrees one day last week!), which hopefully will favour the fishing.
Didier had an awesome day and was so pleased to land his first ever Sailfish in the first 15 minutes of the day and then went on to land two more after that.
We had 6 Raises, 4 bites, released 3 Sailfish and lost 1.
12 year old Tristan suffered from a bout of Sea sicknesses but did a great job on one Sailfish fighting it right to the boat only for the hook to pull at the last moment.
It was great Fishing with you guys & hope to see you again!
