Our friends aboard CARIBSEA have just got back from a quick trip to the Costa Rica Marlin FADS & Seamounts and success was had.
The group had never caught a marlin and CARIBSEA'S crew felt good about the odds of changing all that! The plan was to fish two full days (24 hours fishing!!), but after a spectacular first morning fishing, the group decided to call it quits mid day on day one after success was had.
6/23 - 3 Blue Marlin, 1 Stripe Marlin and a Sailfish - Making for a grand slam and headed home at 2pm. Where else in the world can you cstch 3 Blue Marlin, finished up with a grand slam and sill head home early on the first day! Just ins insane fishing by anyones standards!
