OFFSHORE FISHING WITH KIDS IN COSTA RICA
We had 8 year old Corey & his dad Ali with us recently for 3 days Fishing aboard GOOD DAY. We had to deal with some tough Fishing but the little guy persevered & during his first Offshore day he managed to catch some nice fish including Tuna, Rainbow Runners, Triggerfish & Bonitos.
He had a blast chumming the Rainbow Runners up over an Offshore Reef & then drift lining chunk baits did the trick to catch them. There was even some Mullet Snappers mixed in but they were spooky & we never managed to catch one. We caught 1 nice Tuna further Offshore and Corey just loved watching the megapod of hundreds of Spinner Dolphins!
