HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO SAM!

Sam & Madelyn have joined us for 3 days Fishing in Quepos this week aboard the 31' GOOD DAY.

Their first fishing was Sam's birthday and they were treated to a stunning day offshore and released 4 Sailfish from 8 bites. Madelyn was so happy to be back on the water & loved every minute of it.

Day 2
We took the guys inshore fishing to the Parrita rivermouth & the Naranjo Rocks. It was a day of non stop action with lots of species landed and some nice fish for dinner.

4 Roosterfish
5 Snappers
5 Mackerel
1 Tripletail
1 big needlefish
1 big Sierra (Longjaw Leatherjack)

Two great days on the water and we are looking forward to getting back out there with Sam & Madelyn on Thursday.

Day 3
We headed back offshore for Sam & Madelyn's third and final day and it will be a day that they will not forget for a long time (ever??).

Sam & Madelyn put in a joint effort to fight a stunning Blue Marlin for 2 hours on 30lb tackle. We put the fish at around 350lb and it put on an amazing show with some spectacular aerial displays. What a fish and an awesome experience!

The guys also released a Sailfish and caught a nice Dorado.

What a great few days with some special fish caught & we really enjoyed having these guys aboard.
